KRPOA - building strong relationships and connections for residential rental owners and managers

About the KRPOA

The aims of the KRPOA are:

  • promote harmonious business relationships between its members and their tenants

  • to present to the public a favourable image of its members and of the industry as a whole

  • to act as a medium for the exchange of ideas among its members

  • to provide mutual assistance whenever members are faced with problems related to the industry

  • to collect statistical information relating to rents, vacancies, and trends in building design and amenities

  • to speak and act on behalf of its members and make representations to the various levels of government in matters of concern to its members

  • to promote better community planning and to improve the environment in which Canadians live

The KRPOA is fully managed by a volunteer board consisting entirely of local rental property owners and managers.

Board membership is a two-year term.
