I have learned the hard way in trying to appease professional tenants. There is no winning with them trying to appease them. Appeasing them has only increased their ridiculous demands. The LTB and the mediators have stated to use the system and have shamed us when not utilizing the system. I am sharing my direct experience specifically with two professional tenants who have also taken my company to the LTB with falsified evidence, manufactured issues, staged issues, entrapment, etc. Although the adjudicator finally agreed in writing to this after over 90 days, there was no punishment whatso ever for these dirty deeds.
